For the past few days I've been going on training courses for my new job and, because there was another woman who worked with me going on the same course, my supervisor arranged for her to get a lift there and back with me. I'd never met this woman before and anyone who knows me will know how bad I am at making conversation! The first hour of the drive was really quiet, until she eventually broke the ice with a really random question, "How many songs can you think of that has one of the days in the week in the title?". No idea how it worked, but it did!

For this competition I'd like you to think of an interesting question to ask someone the first time you meet them to break the ice. It can't be a question about them or their life, it needs to start somesort of discussion so think outside of the box!
