Hey, just curious, why can't you leave visitor messages on cautioned users profiles? I mean you can see their new posts and probably reply to them?

Think it must disabled to limit their use of the forum because of their behaviour which makes it easier to monitor their behaviour and the limitations in place hopefully means they'll not keep getting infractions if they want use of that feature

banned from spam, can't pm and can't vm
should add post approval and posts per day to that imo to make it as tedious as possible

Who uses PMs except for staff and people doing competitions?
