Those banner things look awful and so does the random flower and timer, I think the rest is cute

Instead of putting the banners or pennants or whatever on top of the kitchen blocks, try putting some around it and on top of them so it looks like they're a part of the room. It looks a bit bare in some areas and I'm not liking the green hc boss chairs in the VIP area, they don't suit the room.
