You recieved the e-mails because they fixed the automated e-mail response from the help tool.
As far as the ione/glitterkat thing. It's just the old default one.. Was never changed.

Doesn't mean they're head of Player Support, just answering e-mails, this was changed because I recieved one from Lost_Witness not so long back..
