I've always found breakups hard to deal with - I always end up doing the worst thing that I could be doing to get over it. With my last breakup I was quite lucky because we'd stopped talking a while before we officially broke up so it didn't really affect me as much as it should have, it made things easier, but that's not always the case. There's a song written by Carrie Fletcher called How NOT To Handle A Breakup and I wouldn't be surprised if I ever end up doing some of the things mentioned in that song (a).
