As the title says what games make you feel nostalgic and would you want a remake? Or would you feel that a remake would ruin the memories?
I really liked the Mickey Mouse and Donal Duck game World of Illusion more than Castle of Illusion and I've been wanting a remake for years, it's one of the only games I really enjoyed as a kid that hasn't been remade or ported so I could replay it, however World of Illusion was always best on 2 player mode [More levels for example] but watching a Let's Play of it, the game wasn't as long as I first thought it was.
But is it just be, or are the remakes [ports] sometimes harder than the originals for what ever reason? I find Golden Axe more difficult and Streets of Rage more difficult on the PS3 than I did on the original Sega Mega Drive [I had the games on the Mega CD thing that attached to the Mega Drive.] I also actually found Sonic CD a little more difficult but also less enjoyable as I had the European version as a kid and the music on it was just so much better than the US version [Why did they even change it?!]
As a kid I also had this Power Rangers fighting game and I really loved that as I was big into the Power Rangers back then.
