I know how to do a one inside an iframe (Transparent Iframe) I dont know how to do the actuall background. ( For the Transparent iframe tutorial, Click on my tutorial in my sig.. Near the bottom )

u can use a css attribute, but i forgot what it was. something like background-fixed:all; or something :S try googling css background attributes
