I had a quick look through and saw your snappie logo. It's pretty good!

You could possibly try some fanart for something or someone you love/enjoy (feel free to do something cycling-related ) just to get a few examples of your work out there - it could work in your favour in growing your channel.

Your speedarts are pretty cool but one thing i could suggest is rather than cutting the video straight after you have finished, maybe show the finished product and people may have a good look at it and want to download it.

Not sure what you could make next. Maybe a bunch of icons or youtube banner thingys
