Mysterious client crash at 87%

Hey guys,

I've seen a good few of you mention that you're having some trouble getting into the hotel and that the defining feature is that the client is stopping at 87%.

If the error message you receives reads 'Oops! 30 (#XXXXXXXXXX)', this is an indication that your machine could not establish a connection with the Habbo service, this is likely because you have a firewall blocking access to it.

If you are your systems administrator, or your parents are comfortable to take a look for you, you should first investigate whether an anti-virus is blocking access to Habbos connection ports. The ports you should give access to are 30000, 30001 and 993.

Hopefully this will help one or two of you get back into the game.

Thanks, I sorted this out with the clicking when it froze like I said... but the firewall thing is a good idea. I'll have a look at it.
