In all fairness, Your face is going to be a small square in the corner of a small video, it doesn't really matter. Any 720p one will do.

Would suggest the Microsoft Lifecam, friend has it and really good picture. Used their headsets too and I like them, good microphone quality. Logitech are also a good make for webcams too, had one in the past.
