    I don't wear jumpers when I'm hot, I wear a thin t-shirt.

    If it's cold when I put it on and then it warms up or I get warm, I take it off and just hold it or throw it on a chair. What ever is convenient at the time.

    Not entirely sure what a "jumper" is, but I'm going to assume it's european for "sweater/hoodie".

    In which case, if it was too warm to wear, I would either hold it or put it on a chair or something? I certainly wouldn't wrap it around my waist like a dweeb.

    I always have my sleeeves rolled up a couple of times so my wrists are on show - looks hipster that way
