Why is there 5 motm when there's 7 sections

People were only nominated for 6 of the sections and the same person was nominated for two of the sections and they can only win once so yeahh. It's not uncommon for some sections not to have a winner.

That's debatable depending on who you ask. Both moderators for that section chose that one person so he obviously stood out compared to others

Why not choose somebody else then? Surely there's more than one person they consider.

Which section and why did they not submit, lazy mods, no one stand out or what?

If there is nobody that stands out for a particular section then there is no point giving out the prize for the sake of it.
