Just gone on HabboShire and I love how it's got a 'The Hobbit' theme whilst still being Habbo related. The site is only a soft opening at the moment though .

Thanks everyone for the kind words about habboshire. We did have to rush things considerably for the application, but it worked out. - Personally I thought TotalHabbo and HabboHut would have been selected. :s
