    Default Gaming Headset.

I've only just started to really get into to gaming, decided to go for the PS4 due to a lot of my friends having it and a few of my work mates.

I know you can get Gaming headsets, but I don't really know the market that well..

Is it possible to get gaming headsets that mimic surround sound and give like 360 degree sound?

/ What a decent pair? Many thanks!

You do get 5.1 surround sound headsets.

As for names, idk as no-one uses PS4.

I bought myself an Astro A50 wireless gaming headset a couple months ago for $300. The price is a bit up there, but you're paying for premium sound and feel, which it delivers on both. It's a fantastic headset, even if I rarely use the mic.

TurtleBeaches are decent for the price. They're not the greatest of quality, but if you don't want to spend over £100 then they would probably be your best bet.

Steelseries makes great products. For example http://steelseries.com/products/audi...-v2-frost-blue should work just fine with the PS4. You can use http://faq.steelseries.com/questions...+compatible%3F to see which would be compatible.

I use a Siberia V2 and have it on for 5+ hours a lot and don't have any issues with it.

If you get a turtle beach compatible with PS4, I believe you can also get them working with PCs so that might be beneficial. I do that with my turtle beach X12s(? not sure on the model) and i use them for PC but i can use them for XB360 too
