When we get to the Capitol, we'll need to blend in with the crowd. We can't go out with just rags; they'll spot us a mile off then the Peacekeepers will be firing us down straight away. The people in the Capitol go absolutely crazy with fashion. One person turned themselves into a human feline to keep up with the latest fashion trends... then was cast out when that was no longer the fashion. Awkward. The good news is that our fashion disguise won't be permanent so go as crazy as you like. For this training exercise, suggest the best fashion disguise for the Capitol. The Capitol prep team will make it for us. Good luck!
