Never noticed that before, I've had 13 different IP's tried to sign on my account in the last month (mostly China, Russia, Ukraine)

I've had a few too! However, I have noticed it comes along with signing in with into another hotspot.

Check both of my accounts. One seems to have a lot of random sign ins all over the world, and the other is me just failing to log into my laptop it seems.

Yeah same, one has 13 in the last month other has 0.

One of my accounts hasn't had any that I can see, though there is a lot of activity because it's connected with my phone so I have like, 10+ activities a day.

On my other one, between now and the beginning of November I've had Morocco, Egypt, Uruguay, Laos, Russia and Venezuela.

I've had 2 from the same IP in Vietnam but that's it! None on my other account either...

Well what you linked us is technically not Windows activity. It's your Microsoft account activity - Different services and products.
