Webcam problem

I have a problem with my webcam.

It keeps saying 'selected camera is busy or broken'

Is there anyway I can fix it?

someone's hacked your camera and secretly recording you

(make sure you remove any process that uses your webcam from task manager, have you tried turning it off and on again? unplug it and plug it back in)

I've fixed it now

plus if someone had hacked it, then they wouldn't be able to see anything, as I have a little bit of masking tape stuck over the camera that I can take off/put
