@scottish;'s idea has been completely debunked and resetting the scores will do nothing but piss off multiple users that have invested time to get high scores. There doesn't need to be a poll as Scott is pretty much the only person arguing that scores should be reset, and most importantly not every little thing needs to be polled and when something can be resolved using common sense (this is a perfect scenario) a poll is completely unnecessary.

As frustrated as I get when I can't beat the scores, they shouldn't be reset. It won't make people want to play more; in fact it would probably make it worse because if I'd put time and effort into a game to reach a high score and it was removed because others found it too difficult to beat, I wouldn't carry on playing to do it again. The ones that want the high score will play for a bit and lose interest again, leaving it less used than it currently is.

We'll be better off advertising it and giving people a reason to use it in a way that won't piss the current users off. Could add a few new games if possible, tournaments and other things that were recommended in the other thread, but a score reset isn't necessary and neither is a poll to decide that.
