I anticipated some ‘pedophelia!!!’ Cries for this video. All I can say is Maddie and Shia are two of the only actors I felt could play these two warring ‘sia’ self states. I apologize to those who feel triggered by Elastic Heart My intention was to create some emotional content, not to upset anybody.

I quite like the song and the video is just so oddly astounding, they're both really good dancers and actors too. People whinging about the video... they're the ones sexualising it, not Sia - they're just two dancers. And I hate how so many sites have said Shia LaBoeuf was NAKED with a 12 year old... no, they're both wearing skin-coloured glorified swimwear really..
