Hi there, I am setting up a news site for my local area, I need someone who can set up a mysql database etc foand is familiar with joomla and wordpress - I haven't bought the layout yet as it'd be pointless until I can find someone who can set it up.

I am willing to pay, but not until the job is done, and is done correctly.

Just some advice; you don't need to pay anyone to do this - or for a layout.

Get a free layout (there are some AMAZING ones around).
Install WordPress yourself - this is unbelievably easy. Anyone can do it.
Buy hosting from a decent provider (I recommend Arvixe).
