My whole family/friends on Tesco Mobile have it that if you call someone up, within 30 seconds or less, there is a loud bubbly/water effect noise which is as loud as hell! Is anyone elses phone doing this?

I think maybe it's the device as people I know have never had this issue? Try ringing them and ask maybe?
ex. senior dj, events organiser and hxhd staff
oh, and ex forum mod too...
