    You mean fluid trapped in your knees? there is no cure i dont think. I have it but not too bad its an on/off pain but its painful i torethe ligaments in my left knee 4 years ago and since then had problems with my knee, he should go see a GP

    basically its just water swelling getting gatherd round the joint.
    he will need plenty of rest. try not too walk too much.

    Sorry, I dont understand, Water under it? In that case i would advise to see a doctor or someone who knows about medical stuff.

    He's in hospital now having an operation to get the fluid out.
    But, he has got an infection in it.
