People like to manipulate the values of items that are hard to come by or haven't been traded in a while. Habbox rare values are generally accurate if you need something to check them against

So many items are being boosted @!!Undead!!; It's not only this item. People put in for more than they're worth, and it raises the avg of an item. You usually have to wait for a day or two for the avg to eventually come back down to it's normal price.

someone used to rig some soda botles crap which can be bougbt from the catalogue for 4c to 200+c on MP. i placed one for like 50c and it got sold lmao oops

thts why i used to always double check values against habbox's but now it isnt possible anymore
