How to move files between XBOX360 hard drives?

Hey,

So my housemate and I constantly play FIFA. The game file is saved to my hard drive but now I want to sell my XBOX. Is there any way we can get the file onto his drive so we don't lose our progress?

can use a usb flash drive if it's a small file, or if you want everything you can use a transfer cable

my brother got a transfer cable for free when he called up saying his xbox busted and he needed to transfer his files to new one.
