Do your parents make you pay rent?

If you live at home, do your parents make you pay rent? Do you think it's fair that you have to / don't have to pay rent?

Last year when I wasn't in college I didn't have to pay rent and I was shocked to see that it's a common thing????? I think it's pretty unfair tbh

I've not lived at home since I was 16, but when I did I didn't. I think it's only fair if you have money coming in that you should pay rent once you're over 18 or working as you're a big girl/boy at that stage

Not whilst I am studying, but I would expect to when I'm working and wouldn't have any problem with that.

I dont live when them anymore but i come home some weekends or even for weeks if i'm working closer to them than my house. they don't charge me rent, seems a little unfair to me if they charge rent but i have friends who's parents do charge them!
