Skype keeps crashing when called [+rep]

Ok hello

Basically everytime I try to call someone or they try to call me, my skype completely freezes and doesn't send messages & keeps ringing for about 30 seconds. It usually works 2nd time after its done having its hissy fit.
I don't get what's happening.

Any ideas how to fix it?
Yes, I've tried uninstalling & reinstalling it, which didn't work.
