One of the worst things about driving is traffic. I was driving to McDonald's today and, a drive that is usually 30 minutes long, ended up being an hour and a half. Needless to say I was not a happy bunny. To top it all off, there was nothing I could do other than sit quietly in the car and wait. Just in case this happens again (it better not), think of something I can do to pass the time in a car when I'm stuck in traffic. Remember that anything you mention must be found in a car, for example "bring your ukulele and play it" won't win as I won't have my ukulele in the car with me.

Stare at people that you drive past. Just full on stare at them as you say in your head "haha our lane is faster". Then when they drive past you, you ignore them and stop playing the game because you're losing.
