What is your favourite vegetable?

I love two which aren't the most popular I guess and that is cabbage and brussels sprouts. We boil our veg to within an inch of its life so it's lovely with roast dinner having the sprouts melt in your mouth with the gravy. I'm so sick of carrots and broccoli that I don't even have them anymore.

I love cauliflower, and I would say brussel sprouts and then broccoli follow. However, cauliflower is lovely and versatile in many dishes! Sprouts are nice when they melt in your mouth and aren't filled with water and taste like crap.

greens would be broccoli and cabbage. Love cabbage fried with bacon. I agree with u dan, they gotta be really cooked and soft!!

Carrots! I like other veg but carrots are the only ones I could quite happily eat every day.
