This is still ongoing. I am just trying to interface my hard disk with the server before we can continue.

After rejiggling some partitions on the server most of the heavy work should be done. I will be continuing work over the next few days but this won't impact site availability

Sorry about the unexpected reboot. @Recursion; decided to wake up and play around with the server.
