Do you put on weight easily?

A simple question, do you put on weight easily?

I have a fast metabolism so I burn it up pretty quickly, indeed it is probably hard for me to put on weight and I am blessed with that... on the other hand that can work against you if you are eating complete junk and it is clogging all of your insides up.

How about you?

Yeah put it on so easy, and then find it so hard to burn it off but seam to manage.

No. I've been trying to go above 175 lbs for about a year now, and every time I get close I lose it... and I drop to about 165...

I used to but now I can't seem to put weight on, I'm hoping that changes

I do have trouble to gain weight as I only weight like 145 pounds :/ I wish it would be like 160 which I feel more comfortable... but oh well I am still happy with my weight

Nope deffo goes on fast if I don't do any exercise and comes off so freakin slow no matter what I do.

I find it hard to put on weight and have done for quite some time. It's not always a good thing though

I can put it on very quickly but also lose it very quickly if I try. I can put on a few pounds in a week but also lose a few pounds if I've been good.
