    Default Kool Aid Dip Dye

Hello! So, for a while now, I have been thinking about dying the ends of my hair in a light blue kool aid! But I am really debating this. I don't ever want to permanently dye my hair. Ever. I really like the color of my hair and don't want to ruin it (And my mom would kill me) But I think it'd be cool to just have some color in it for a while! THIS ISN'T PERMANENT BTW!!

For all of you that don't know what kool aid is: Kool aid is just a powdered flavored drink mix. It's known for staining countertops tbh

My hair is really really light. Like an ash blonde, but a bit lighter than that.

Few pics of what it looks like:

A few girls at my school do this and it really looks cool!

I really want to do this. But i'm afraid with my color hair, would it fade out good? D: I know it would most likely fade out eventually, but. Like idk really the cons of this. I know within a few weeks or months it would fade out depending on how much you wash your hair, how light it is, etc., but i'm really not sure!

Has anyone tried this? What are your thoughts? Should I do this?

I also really don't want to end up looking like an easter egg D:

I think it looks rather tacky. I used to love that kind of thing but now I just like the natural hair colours. If you like your hair colour then you should keep it just in case something goes wrong. Most people who have non-professional dip dyes look silly.

If you must have a dip dye then go for it but otherwise just stick to the natural beauty I'm sure you are.

I wouldn't do it. It looks tacky and every single thirteen year old has had it done at some point. Maybe go for some more natural colours, like a subtle ombre... I definitely wouldn't go ruining my hair in some Kool-aid. You shouldn't do something because a few girls in school do it.
    Stick to natural.

i love things like that, they don't damage as they're normally just conditioners and wash out after a few washes. if you don't like it they're so easy to get rid of, just put head and shoulders in for a bit and gone!

If it's not permanent and its not a super bright colour why worry about it!

I've used hair chalks a few times which I love but beware - even non permanent colours have a tendency to stain blonde hair. Mine was a gingery-pink faded colour for months after, AND I dyed it in the mean time!

I love pastely ends for summer and you don't have to worry about them staying!!
