I can't find it, but I think there was a thread with either Dragga or Skandair being stupid and the whole forum was just slating them, then Ghana removed them as staff because of all the crap going on, and they posted a thread saying something like 'omg r u srs?' in response to being fired. Ghana's announcement in the announcement forum got something like +40 reps or something? Tried searching but couldn't find it. Found one saying Dragga is no longer staff that got Ghana +10 reps, but I'm sure one for Skandair got a lot more.
