[Pokemon] Habboxmon - Ends 24th June

As Habbox members are now Pokemon for the duration of the event, I think they should be given a unique move specifically designed for them. If I were to create one I'd give Phil the ability to turn his opponent upside down and diagonally since he seems to love doing that to various members' forums! For this competition I want you to do the same: choose a forum member and create a move that they could use in a Pokemon battle. Don't forget to mention the effect it will have on your opponent, for example with Phil it will take away some of their HP and a small chance of causing confusion as they might bang their head while being rotated!

@RyRy; could have the move DNHL Dig, basically he can place people, and take people off the DNHL - if you're on it, you are suspended from making a move for a period of time, and the dig part is because he is a mole*!

*Just so you know this is a joke Ryan, although I'm pretty sure you'd love this move!
