The gnome one should be ongoing because we still have the gnome pet. It works similarly to the normal pet food one, but with gnomes so it should still work.

The one you showed though isn't for buying gnomes, it's for gnomes eating your pet food, which any gnome can do as long as your settings are set to pets can eat food. It should work like that anyway.
