Anyone tried them? I have a pack that's set over a two week course and they look like they're sort of working but it's too early to tell. Anyone tried them? Is it worth it?
Also looking for some cute summer clothes if anyone wants to help out (h)

Never tried them. Just brush twice a day and that's good enough for me![]()
There was a show on BBC about how the effects are negligible. I'd stick to brushing or get them professionally done if you want american white teeth.
I don't rate them, I've had laser teeth whitening in the past which lasts around a year then it's cheaper to get a top up which I liked, but it was free as it was my gf's dad who did it. Usually £69 and very good. Sensitive teeth after tho for 24 hours and can only eat white food
i got crest whitening strips off ebay and they were amazing
my teeth were super white in like two weeks of using them daily
i recommend if you have strong teeth
I used Crest whitening strips before, I used them pretty aggressively and while they made a difference, my teeth became sensitive.
bella ciao
I would just stick to getting them professionally whitened, using a 'whitening toothpaste' (by a major brand though e.g. colgate, but don't expect a lot of difference) or just brush/use mouthwash more etc. I've never used strips because I've always heard the effects never last and can be negative.

I brush and everything already, but I don't have the money for anything proffesional.
Never tried anything like this before. My teeth are quite white anyway.
It's not healthy to have bright white teeth, but if you want to improve the colour it's probably best to check with your dentist or try whitening toothpastes first (like colgate or sensodyne)
