This image won't open on my phone so I can only see half of it so excuse me if this is obvious from the full picture; what sort of website will it be/are you planning it to be? A forum or blog or an information site, etc?

what you've got are some shapes and text that's too big.
it needs color and it needs styling (i.e shadows, strokes, gradients, patterns etc.)
you need more canvas space to work with, up your document size.

i'd suggest starting over but this time going in with a plan. look at the sites you visit and search something like devART for design ideas and details that you can do to your own. and try mapping out what you want before starting, see if it helps. (for example my last map was this http://i.imgur.com/Qq3y1Qg.png - header, nav, background, content, footer.)

To be Honest, it looks like its been built in Adobe Dreamweaver. I'd defiantly take the advice given.
