Problems with habbo..

Is anyone else having problems with habbo after the maintenance?
I just wanted to see if anyone else is having problems as i can't load the hotel

Sometimes my client just goes black for no reason at all, but I can always load it when I log in.

I have been having lag spikes sometimes, my computer setup can most defiantly run habbo client LOL. Probably habbo itself or my internet is crap.
