    Not really into the whole bodybuilding aspect but I do a bit of olympic lifting and also weightlifting for rugby.

    I used to work parts each day, 5 days a week.

    I'd do Chest & Tris Monday
    Back & Bis Tuesday
    Isolated Legs Wednesday
    Abs & slight Shoulders Thursday
    Compound Legs Friday
