Wire help

I'm making a pay for my group. I need help with what wire to use, I have the arrows moving but when the arrow moves to the next person, the person it was originally on has to be teleported, and it needs to be linked to timer. Any ideas?

Ok so you have a lever that should activate teleport to another area and the spot in the same room it teleports to uses wire "When USER Steps On Furni" and that activates roller to move up it is not what you asked for but it can be a substitution.
