Needing wired Help. Offering furni for help :)

I've created a game, which I'd like to give users 1minute or 1minute 30 to complete.
After that time, I'd like them to be teleported back to the queue if they haven't done it. Or to the winning area if they have.
(Moving an item around a board, onto the green tile)

Could anyone help? Happy to offer some furniture as a thank you.
