nope not at all e.g socially smoked for years but never NEEDED to smoke. ive been addicted to the Internet in the past but I don't rely on it as much now.

umm I used to be addicted to the internet but then I left for a year and a half so that's sorted now yey
i dont think im fully addicted to anything tbh
