Help: Lenovo Laptop problems

Hiya.

Basically last month my laptop suddenly started acting up, the internet was freezing and my keyboard wasn't typing properly and mouse wasn't clicking. It got progressively worse until the PC was just frozen at startup.

A family member re-installed the entire Windows package.

Two weeks later the same begins to happen. Shockwave keeps crashing every two minutes, my keyboard won't type properly and my mouse won't type. Severe lag. Shortly afterwards the PC just starts and goes to a black screen with a mouse arrow that can move.

Family member does the same again, earlier today.

Right now I am struggling to type and click. In the past hour it has become quite bad where it now won't let me highlight.

Can anyone help? Lenovo B50, Windows 10.

I have the exact same problem but I'm on a HP Pavilion with window 8.1 or whatever it is

Is your laptop touchscreen or anything? I just assumed that was interfering with the mouse but idk Just grasping at straws here

Not a touch screen, just has a touch pad and a mouse plugged into the pc.

sorted this now, sending it off to them i think they said the hard drive was knackered
