I don't normally use rooms like these but your 'staff/student' areas look a little too small and cramped whilst the communal area looks a little too big and empty. I would look at shifting that round a bit to give you more space in those little rooms. Nicely designed though, if just a tad dark.

I agree with Alkaz, it looks a bit squashed which probably won't be good considering the room gets a good population
