Hey Here are my latest rare values

Screen: I have seen the screen traded for slightly more then its current value lately (I'm guessing this is because a lot of people seem to want to make rooms with them recently), so I would increase its value to 0.5 CS

Nordic Table: Also like the Screen, I have seen this item traded for slightly more then it is currently worth, so would raise its value to 0.9 CS

DISCO Sign: I have seen the DISCO Signs been traded in deals such as '8 DISCO Signs for 7 HC Sofas', so I would decrease the value of the DISCO Sign to around 0.9/0.8 CS

Petal Patch: Over the last day or two, I have seen the Petal Patch being sold/bought for around 2.8 CS

Bronze Nelly: I have seen the Bronze Nelly being traded for 3.5 CS.
