Has your teacher ever called you out?

My Spanish 2 teacher and I don't mix very well. I never truly liked her class nor do the people who want to learn Spanish either.

Moral of the Thread: My Spanish teacher called me out when she said "Class you do know there is only like one person in this class room who wants to learn and it's Tay." She then asks me "Tay Don't you want to learn" *with a quiet voice yes. * BOY DID I get Yelled at and had comments on for just trying to learn. I guess in High School it's bad to say you want to learn and get called on about that. (I hate being called the nerd)

Happened a lot of times, try to get along with her the best you can, will be hard but at the end, she is the teacher and can make your days a beauty or a living hell.

I seem to remember that it only happened if I did something good or well. Like "oh matt's was really good" or something like that.

Only exception was my Year 12 English teacher would openly say whether or not our essays were crap, and he'd tell you that your handwriting was like a 12 year olds and if he fell asleep whilst reading it ;/ Safe to say no one liked him.

I also got called out in primary school for passing notes and the note had the name of the person I liked on it and she left it on her desk whilst she left the room, BUT that's another story..!

Ummm the times this has happened that I can REALLY remember is in science my teacher told me off infront of everyone for 'copying' someone else hw, but the other person didn't get told off, even tho surely how can you tell who copied who ;l (i didn't even copy, we did the hw together so ofcourse it would be similar )


Also, in English me and a friend in like year 7 were writing notes to eachother and the teacher grabbed them off the table and read them out to everyone, it was so embarrassing cos we were on about who we liked and stuff hahaha dies.

I was (still am tbh ) a total nerd all throughout secondary school so the only time I ever got "called out" was when I'd asked my teacher if I could leave two minutes before the end of the lesson because I really needed the toilet and we didn't have any time between classes to go from one room to the next.

Well then she dragged me up to the front of the class and started saying stuff like "THIS is what a good student looks like, everyone. Take a good look because it's clear that none of you want to learn as much as she does and this will all be reflected in your upcoming reports!" I can tell you right now all my peers loved me at school.
