So we all know Christmas is the time of year when family parties and reunions happen. This then causes a lot of stress to make sure everything is perfect and set a good example to the rest of your family and friends. We have all been on the bad end of a stressful parent as they do the last minute cleaning. It ain't pretty.

For this competition, I would like you to tell me how my parents can lower their stress levels this festive time. The best will win.

Start by listening to some nice, relaxing music. I like Spotify's Evening Chill playlist. You can use Spotify on your computer or your phone.

Relaxing baths help too! I'm looking forward to trying The Butterbear Bath Bomb. It's vegan, smells like vanilla, and sounds like a big soft bear hug!

While your parents are relaxing in their bath, they can sip on Pumpkin Spice Brûlée Oolong Tea. I got this the week it came out and I've kept it in my kitchen ever since. It's warm and soothing, plus knowing that Teavana gives so much to charity will give you a warm fuzzy feeling.
