Hello. I just registered on habbo and I planned to make an agency. I planned to invest about 400$ into it. I noticed after registering it would not let me use any payment methods and it just told me to contact the habbo support. I think its because im still new to habbo and i wanted yo know what I need to do in order to be able to purchase.

Don't forget Habbo has a payment amount you can spend per week. Don't try to pass it

It's been a while since I've bought creds but if you're buying large amounts in short periods of time can they ask for confirmation to prove it's not stolen or something? You could try it again and if you get the same issue then the best thing you could do is contact them as requested. Just go to https://help.habbo.com/home and click submit a new request
