    Default Nu-Department - Ends 11th January



    Habbox has been around for a very long time and, in that time, we have seen a large variety of different changes. Over the years we have had some departments that have sadly left us, such as News, Guides and Hogwarts. We have also had some new departments join us, like Room Builders.

    For this competition, I would like you to come up with a brand new department that you think Habbox could benefit from. Include the name, main responsibilities and assign a manager! The all-round best answer shall win.

    Name: Promotions Department
    Responsible for: Sometimes its hard for each department to be promoting other departments as each department has alot to do and it can be hard to get the community working as one, the idea behind a promotions department could be fairly simple there would be a promotions Manager and A promotions team member attached to each department that could work closely on having departments work together i.E organizing Combined inter department Events,Competitions, Quiz nights , promoting recruitment vacancy's, Sourcing different ways of promoting Habbox Via different ways and means it would be nice to see departments working together i.e HxL working closely with the events team when events are happening and vice versa.

    Manager: Anybody that is willing to give up there time, the department would need to be staffed with motivated / people that know the habbox community with one clear vision (Create a sense of community and attract new users)

    Responsible for making more departments that we don't need or use, mostly just to give someone's chums a feeling of power on a site that they don't even really like

    Department Name: Habbox Recruitment

    Department Role: The members of this department would be deployed on the hotel to get more members of staff for Habbox. The key departments that would benefit are those that are client based such as the Help Desk and Events Team. If someone on the recruitment team spots someone being exceptionally helpful around the hotel, they can offer them a trial in the Help Desk without the application procedure. Likewise, they would be sent around various event rooms that are not already linked to any fansites and if the host is performing very well then they can be offered a trial on the spot. It would bring a much larger staff base to Habbox which every department would benefit from as once they settle in they may spread to other site related departments such as the radio or moderation departments.

    Department Manager: The management role wouldn't really take too much and is probably best handled by the fab community agm queen Absently
