Top of my mind is the recent John Lewis Christmas advert (man on the moon) or previous Christmas ads too by them too.

Idk why this is in TV and Film, plenty of ads that aren't on either!
Uh my favourite trailers are (obviously) the ones for MGS5. But apparently the ones for MGS2 were really rather good as they basically mislead the consumer completely and it seemed like it pissed a lot of people off at the time which makes me laugh a bit.

BUT if it has to be something I have seen on TV, then I quite enjoyed the Hovis(?) advert where the kid goes through a bunch of time periods to bring some bread home. There's also a similar advert that I can't remember for the life of me what it's for, but it's similar except instead of bread it's the idea these 2 people are meant for each other and it has random parts in history. The current Lloyds TSB advert is pretty decent too.
I like adverts that make me think a little bit.

Oh and Shiela's Wheels. Best. Adverts. Ever.

Seemed like the most suitable place for 'videos' and most people would find adverts on TV.

Never seen that, it sounds bloody awful.

Oh actually, as stupid as this sounds I always found the EastEnders adverts to be really interesting. Shame those 2 minute ads have the production quality 10x greater than the actual show. Like this one:
