Should I make agency on Habbo?

I agree with Nick. Agencies are based upon the ability to offer those who join a reason to stay. It's good to have some co-founders with you, that way you can build a reputation and what-not.

Agencies are impossible aha! Unless you have a unique idea, enough to offer your new comers it would be impossible to stay relevant.
